Please take note of this as you will need it in a minute.

Dial 0906 575 3634 and follow the instructions.

Enter your unlocking code

Turn on your mobile with the Sim card removed and then enter the unlocking code on the keypad when in standby.

Hint:
To bring up the +, press the * key two times
To bring up the P, press the * key three times
To bring up the W, press the * key four times

What information will I be asked for on the phone?

You will be asked for: Your “IMEI” number; The network your phone is currently locked to; disappointed The mobile model number. Please have all this information ready when you call.
